Transport services in and around the capital were returning to normal this morning following yesterday's flood disruption, with commuters however still experiencing some delays.
Irish Rail warned passengers that while services on DART, Northern Commuter and Maynooth lines resumed, there are significant delays of up to an hour in some cases.
The delays were down to speed restrictions and flood damage to signalling equipment.
Bayside and Drumcondra stations were still shut while Lansdowne road reopened after a fallen tree was cleared.
Meanwhile, Dublin Bus said most of its services are operating as normal today, however adverse weather conditions mean a number of diversions and curtailments are in place, details of which can be found on the company's website.
Luas bosses said the red line is operating as normal but the green line is only running between Brides Glen and Balally.
There was no Luas service between Balally and St Stephen's Green at the moment due to flooding in a sub station on the line but Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus.
Gardaí were diverting all inbound traffic, except buses, on the N4 from Junction 7 M50 (Lucan/Palmerstown) due to the closure of Wolfe Tone Quay.
In west Dublin gardaí also said that the N81 inbound at Glenview Roundabout was flooded as were the Belgard Rd/ Mayberry Rd area and the entrance to Killinarden Estate.
Commuters were also reporting delays in the Dundrum area as well as Rathmines and Ranelagh.
Drivers are urged to stay alert to poor road conditions and debris.
