Arsenal are into 5th place in the Women's Super League after a 2-1 win over Manchester City this afternoon.

A late goal from substitute Stina Blackstenius gave the Gunners the 3 points to see them draw level with City after 5 games.

Tottenham went third as they were held by Everton 1-1. Liverpool have moved just behind them thanks to a 2-1 win over Leicester City.

Elsewhere, Bristol City picked up their first win of the season thanks to a 3-2 success away at West Ham United. The final game of the day sees Brighton take on Manchester United at 6:45pm.

All-Ireland Senior Camogie champions Cork won eight All-Stars at last night's ceremony at Croke Park.

Beaten finalists Waterford had three players included in the team, with Tipperary winning two, while there was one each for Galway and Kilkenny.

Waterford's Beth Carton was named as Player of the Year, while Cork boss Matthew Twomey scooped the Manager of the Year award.

The Waterford side beat Cork's Sarsfields by 2-20 to 9 points in their last 8 clash at Walsh Park today.

In football, Kildare champions Naas will face St Lomans of Westmeath in the semi finals of the Leinster club championship.

Naas got the better Summerhill of Meath today by 2-12 to 8 points while the Westmeath champs were 1-20 to 1-10 winners over Longford's Killoe.

Also in that competition, St Mary's Ardee of Louth came from behind to beat Wicklow's Blessington by 3-9 to 2-5.

They now take on reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes in the last 4. Corofin are the Galway football champions after a 1-11 to 1-9 victory over Maigh Cuilinn in the decider this afternoon.

They've reached full time in the Kerry football final where it's finished Mid Kerry 0-15 East Kerry 2-10

Paudie Clifford and Luke Crowley with the goals for East Kerry who recorded the one point win.

And Kilcoo made light work of Derrygonnelly Harps in their Ulster Senior Football Championship clash this evening.

Rugby World Cup winners South Africa will welcome back Rassie Erasmus as head coach.

Jacques Nienaber guided the Springboks to World Cup victory last month but is now taking on a new role with Leinster.

Erasmus has been the country's director of rugby since Nienaber became coach.

Formula 1

Max Verstappen is seeking his 17th Grand Prix win of the season in Brazil this evening.

He starts the São Paulo Grand Prix from pole position, with lights-out at 5pm (Irish time).

The world champion also captured the win in the sprint race last night.

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc will start from second, with Lance Stroll of Aston Martin in third.
