Tom Queally is set to ride more horses for leading owner Baron Georg von Ullman in Germany.

The Irish jockey has agreed to make himself available for Von Ullman where possible on Sundays.

“It’s not a retainer, more of an understanding,” said Queally.

“They have first call on me on Sundays but it won’t affect my domestic campaign and I’ll be riding for the same trainers I usually do.”

Von Ullman’s current star performer Manduro is based in France and he has owned horses such as Breeders’ Cup winner Shirocco in the past.

Queally added: “It’s a marvellous opportunity and they have some good horses.”
