Dublin senior panellist Diarmuid Connolly will line out for the county's U21s this Saturday, having recovered from the shoulder injury he sustained last week in the National League.
Connolly, 19, sustained the knock in the Dubs' Division 1A win over Limerick but the injury is not as serious as first feared and he is fit enough to start in the U21s' Leinster championship tie with arch rivals Meath.
He joins John O'Brien and Paul Brogan, the brother of Dublin seniors Alan and Bernard, in an impressive-looking half-forward line.
Round Towers, Clondalkin clubman O'Brien struck seven points in the Dubs' recent challenge match win over Cork, however the capital side will have to do without team captain Donnacha Reilly, Colin Daly and Michael McAuley who are all nursing injuries.
The team selected for Saturday's game at Parnell Park (throw-in 2.30pm) includes three players - O'Brien, goalkeeper Michael Savage and full-back Willie Lowry - that played in Dublin's 2005 Leinster U21 final replay win over Kildare.
