Former US President Bill Clinton is reportedly planning to buy a £2.1m getaway home in Ireland.

Former US President Bill Clinton is reportedly planning to buy a £2.1m getaway home in Ireland.

It is said Mr Clinton has set his sights on a home in the picturesque village of Kenmare in Co Kerry.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, who often holidays in Kenmare, introduced Mr Clinton to the area during one of his visits to Ireland in the course of his eight-year presidency.
