A sea of green is descending on Paris for Ireland's crucial Rugby World Cup clash this evening. Andy Farrell's side face Scotland at the Stade de France, with the winner securing a spot in the quarter-finals.

Ireland head into the game having won all their Pool B games so far. Peter O'Mahony earns his 100th cap this evening, and will become Ireland's tenth centurion.

Kick-off in the French capital is at 8pm. Wales will seal top spot in Pool C this afternoon if they beat Georgia in Nantes.

Soccer

Ten-man Tottenham beat Luton Town in the Premier League early kick-off.

It's reached full time in the Premier League's 3pm kick-offs this afternoon. Manchester United have come from behind to beat Brentford 2-1.

Scott McTominay scored twice in stoppage time to stop the rot for the home side at Old Trafford.

Everton cruised to a 3-0 win at home to Bournemouth while Chelsea came from behind to beat Burnley 4-1.

Meanwhile, a serious first half injury from Chris Basham means they're still playing at Craven Cottage where it's Fulham 2-1 Sheffield United late on.

The late game this evening kicks off at 5.30pm, that's Crystal Palace face Nottingham Forest.

Bohemians are into the final of the FAI Cup as they beat Galway United 1-0 at Eamon Deacy Park this afternoon.

Dylan Connolly scored the only goal of the game as the Gypsies survived a second half red card for Kacper Radkowski.

Cork City and St Pats meet tomorrow to see who will join Bohs in the decider.
