Injury crisis looms for Leinster

Leinster coach Michael Chieka will want his players at or near their best before a reputed 12,000 crowd against Edinburgh in Friday's Magners League clash at The RDS.

Leinster coach Michael Chieka will want his players at or near their best before a reputed 12,000 crowd against Edinburgh in Friday's Magners League clash at The RDS.

Prop Ronnie McCormack is struggling with an Achilles injury which could turn into a crisis given that Cian Healy and Stephen Knoop are the only other props selected in the squad.

CJ van der Linde cannot get to Dublin in time for the game.

The squad features 11 full Ireland internationals as well as another 10 Ireland 'A' players including Leinster and Ireland's most capped player Malcolm O'Kelly, as well as the likes of Jamie Heaslip, Shane Horgan and Brian O'Driscoll.
