Dublin fans will get their chance to celebrate with the Dublin Senior Football team as All-Ireland Football champions.
An event hosted by Dublin’s Lord Mayor, Oisín Quinn and Dublin City Council for the team, backroom staff, Dublin County Board and True Blue Dubs will take place at Merrion Square tomorrow night.
It will will take place at the junction of Merrion Square South and Merrion Square East at 7pm with access to the are from 6pm.
Des Cahill will host the celebration as the victorious team and Andy Kettle, Chairman of the Dublin County Board, appear on the stage at 7pm.
The Lord Mayor said: "After defeats in the semi finals in both 2006 and 2012 Dublin finally ended Mayo’s recent dominance over them in the championship to claim the ultimate prize.
"It’s great to bring Sam home again for the second time in three years after lending him to Donegal last year."
