Azarole and Something have been added to the eight initial entries for Saturday’s betfred.com Mile at Sandown.

Something, trained by Terry Mills, is a half-brother to champion sprinter Lake Coniston and is fresh from a success on the all-weather at Lingfield last month.

The Stan Moore-trained Azarole is also fit from a winter campaign, winning a handicap on turf at Nad Al Sheba last month.

The original entries include Sleeping Indian, trained by John Gosden, and Michael Stoute’s Rob Roy.

There are also two Irish contenders, Tom Hogan’s Common World and Democratic Deficit from Jim Bolger’s stable.

The list is completed by Mark Tompkins’ Babodana, Richard Fahey’s Kings Point, William Jarvis’ Momtic and Take A Bow, trained by Pat Chamings.
