Harrington set to face Hanson in Arizona
Open champion Padraig Harrington is in line for a first round clash with Swede Peter Hanson at the Accenture World Match Play Championship in Arizona next week.
Justin Rose, last season's European number one, and Colin Montgomerie, eight times the Order of Merit winner, are also set to face off at the event.
The pair will meet if, as expected, Ernie Els is the only member of the world's top 64 to turn down the event - and would be one of three all-European matches on Wednesday's opening day.
Lee Westwood, Paul Casey and Bradley Dredge - conqueror of Els a year ago - all find themselves in the same quarter as Tiger Woods in this provisional draw, but the world number one, winner of his last five tournaments, has a tough looking opening hurdle.
Fellow American JB Holmes beat Phil Mickelson in a play-off in Phoenix eight days ago and will take on Woods if there are no other withdrawals.
Defending champion Henrik Stenson should start against Australian John Senden, Luke Donald against American Brandt Snedeker and Nick Dougherty against South Africa's Trevor Immelman.
Swede Daniel Chopra, who beat Steve Stricker at the fourth hole of a play-off in last month's season-opening Mercedes-Benz Championship in Hawaii, is likely to meet the world number three again.
