National residential property prices increased by 16.2% in the 12 months to the end of November, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO figures show that prices rose by 0.5% between October and last month.

Prices in Dublin fell slightly in November by 0.1%, but were still 22.4% higher than the same time last year.

In the rest of the country, residential property prices rose by 1.2% last month and were 9.6% higher than in November 2013.
