A teenage boy and a 36-year-old man, being questioned about the shooting of a 16-year-old in north county Dublin last weekend, have been released from garda custody.
Gardaí believe Nathan Daly, who is receiving treatment at Beaumont Hospital, was the victim of mistaken identity when he was shot as he walked with friends along St Cronan's Close in Swords last Saturday.
The man and the 16-year-old who were being questioned were released around midnight.
Another man and a woman were released without charge yesterday.
