Lotto ticket holder scoops cash prize in alternative game

A non-national who lives in County Donegal has won almost €400,000 in the EuroMillions draw through playing the Lotto.

A non-national who lives in County Donegal has won almost €400,000 in the EuroMillions draw through playing the Lotto.

The man who wishes to remain anonymous won the ticket as a prize in a Lotto Plus 1 draw and is €375,000 better off as a result of his win.

The winning ticket holder has said that he has no immediate plans for the win.

He expressed a desire to keep working and too make his retirement fund much healthier.
