Gardaí in Cork and Kerry have released three men arrested yesterday as part of an investigation into alleged money-laundering.

A man in his 60s was arrested in Glanmire following the seizure of €100,000 during one of the raids, while a man in his 30s was also arrested at Wolfe Tone Street in Cork city.

The third detainee, another man in his 30s, was arrested in Killarney after three kilos of amphetamines were found during another raid linked to the same investigation.

A file on the matter is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
