O'Connor back for Saints

St Patrick's Athletic entertain Bohemians in tonight's Airtricity League Dublin derby at Richmond Park, kick-off 7.45pm.

St Patrick's Athletic entertain Bohemians in tonight's Airtricity League Dublin derby at Richmond Park, kick-off 7.45pm.

St Pat's manager Pete Mahon will have Sean O'Connor available, as the former Shamrock Rovers midfielder has recovered from a calf injury

Striker Danny North is a doubt as he is struggling with a rib injury, while Derek Doyle is also carrying a calf injury and may not play.

Otherwise, the Saints boss has a full squad to choose from.

Mahon said: "Games between us have been very close since I've been at Pat's. Bohs are a dangerous attacking side and players such as Killian Brennan and Christy Fagan will cause any team problems.

"I'm really looking forward to the game. We haven't had a great third series of games, but we know that victory will leave us in a good position going into the last series.

"Unfortunately the game clashes with a big fixture across the water, but I'm hoping supporters from both sides will come out to create a great atmosphere for what is always an entertaining game."

Bohemians will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Derry City on Friday night.

Manager Pat Fenlon must plan without the suspended Owen Heary, while Stephen Traynor is also ruled out with an ankle injury.

Keith Buckley is a doubt for the Gypsies as he recovers from a broken nose.
