Gardaí investigate serious assault in Co Kildare
Gardaí have sealed off a street in Naas, Co Kildare, as part of an investigation into what they say is an alleged serious assault.
The incident happened at Basin Street, which was cordoned off early this morning for technical examination.
The Gardaí have refused to disclose any details due to the sensitivity of the case.
A woman is believed to be helping them with their inquiries at Naas Garda station.
