Gardaí name victims of recent road accidents

Gardaí have today released the name of the 71-year-old man killed in yesterday's road accident in Mullinavat.

He was Michael Quinn of Gortahile, Crettyard, in Co Laois.

Meanwhile, the man killed in yesterday's accident in Carrickmacross in Co Monaghan has been named as Shaun Burgess.

The 34-year-old was from Moneyglen in Castleblayney.
