The Fianna Fáil candidate in the Donegal South West by-election is launching a personal manifesto for the constituency today.

Brian O'Domhnaill said he is doing so because Donegal needs a recovery plan "based on reality" and not the "empty and unaffordable policies put forward by others".

He also said he will support the Government's budget plan because he wants to see a return to jobs and growth.

Senator O'Domhnaill is also promising to fight for the people of the constituency and to make sure Donegal gets the priority it deserves.
