Health Minister waiting on toddler death report

The Minister for Health has confirmed that he has not yet received the report into the death of two-year-old Roisín Ruddle.

The Minister for Health has confirmed that he has not yet received the report into the death of two-year-old Roisín Ruddle.

The toddler, from Adare, Co Limerick, died last week just hours after her heart operation at The Children's Hospital in Crumlin was postponed.

However, Micheál Martin has declared he will not put an immediate deadline on the report.
