Gardaí investigate Roscommon assault
Gardaí in Roscommon are investigating an assault in the town.
A man in his late 30s suffered head injuries in the attack.
The attack happened at around 4.30am today.
The victim is being transferred to Beaumont hospital in Dublin.
No arrests have been made.
