The row about Liam Lawlor’s preferential treatment at Dublin airport late last month is set to dominate the political agenda this week.
Public Enterprise Minister Mary O’Rourke will discuss the matter with Aer Rianta’s chairman, Noel Hanlon, later in the week.
An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has already said the matter is an operational one for Aer Rianta but opposition parties have been calling for the resignation of, among others, Aer Rianta board member, Dermot O’Leary.
