The Minister for Foreign Affairs says the package of proposals aimed at saving the Good Friday Agreement will be put to the Northern parties shortly.
Speaking in Limerick, Brian Cowen also said it will be a balanced document which will seek to deal comprehensively with the outstanding issues.
In a more upbeat note than was seen during the talks in Weston Park, Minister Cowen said he's confident that agreement will be reached, despite the violence seen on the streets of Belfast during the past week.
