Anthony Horgan, Shaun Payne, John Kelly, Mossy Lawlor, Federico Pucciariello, Paul O'Connell, Mick O'Driscoll, James Coughlan and Anthony Foley are all out with injuries and the Irish players involved in the Six Nations have also been excused from duty.
