Carney named for Munster
Brian Carney has been named in a Munster squad for the Magner's League tie against Ulster on Friday night first time on foot of the announcement of his two-year contract last week.
The former Great Britain Rugby League exponent will be expected to add a real cutting edge out wide.
Anthony Horgan, Shaun Payne, John Kelly, Mossy Lawlor, Federico Pucciariello, Paul O'Connell, Mick O'Driscoll, James Coughlan and Anthony Foley are all out with injuries and the Irish players involved in the Six Nations have also been excused from duty.
