Tony Blair will meet Ulster Unionist leader David Trimble in London today to discuss the worsening situation in the North.
Mr Trimble is expected to ask Mr Blair to table a resolution at Westminster expelling Sinn Féin from Stormont.
Either way, Ian Paisley's DUP says its two ministers will resign today, in a bid to force David Trimble’s hand on resignation.
The DUP has also tabled an emergency resolution at Stormont today calling for Sinn Féin to be thrown out of the Executive.
