Martin: FF to be a 'radical force' in next Dáil

Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has congratulated Enda Kenny and Eamon Gilmore on their parties' electoral success.

Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has congratulated Enda Kenny and Eamon Gilmore on their parties' electoral success.

Micheál Martin, who has retained his seat when many of his colleagues have lost theirs, said Fianna Fáil would be a "radical force" in the next Dáil.

"I'm confident there's a base there to renew the party…to restore the trust with the Irish people. We will be radical in the next Dáil. We will be constructive," he said.
