Derry City will face Scottish First Division outfit Gretna in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup while Drogheda United must face Start of Norway.
Both the Candystripes and United reached the second round after convincing wins over IFK Goteborg and HJK Helsinki last night and now face tougher opposition.
Derry take on Gretna who are owned by Brooks Mileson who tried to buy Shamrock Rovers last year while Drogheda take on Start who are currently 12th in the Norwegian League.
Both eircom league clubs will be away in the first legs which will be played on Thursday, August 10 with the return legs on Thursday, August 24.
