Three golfers are tied for the clubhouse lead in the early stages of the Scottish Open at Loch Lomond today.

Three golfers are tied for the clubhouse lead in the early stages of the Scottish Open at Loch Lomond today.

Phil Mickelson, Soren Hansen and Graeme Storm have all carded six-under-par opening rounds of 65 to lead by one shot from another group of three.

Ireland's Paul McGinley and Peter Lawrie both carded three under-par 68s, while Graeme McDowell finished the day on one under and Damien McGrane on one over-par.

Darren Clarke was level-par after two holes, while Gary Murphy was one-over after four.
