Proceedings against Lawlor delayed until 2pm

The start of legal proceedings against Liam Lawlor for alleged contempt of court has been delayed until 2pm this afternoon.

The start of legal proceedings against Liam Lawlor for alleged contempt of court has been delayed until 2pm this afternoon.

Speculation is rising that the Dublin West TD will agree to co-operate with the Flood Tribunal, subject to certain conditions.

It is believed a deal in regard to these conditions is currently being discussed by Deputy Lawlor's lawyers and counsel for the tribunal.
