Fianna Fáil TD Jim Glennon has called for the sacking of Aer Lingus managers responsible for drawing up the controversial memo leaked earlier this month.
The memo appeared to show that the airline considered a range of measures to make life more difficult for its staff in an effort to secure almost 2,000 voluntary redundancies.
The measures included the introduction of tacky uniforms, tedious training programmes and awkward shift-patterns.
Aer Lingus chairman John Sharman is due to be questioned about the matter by the Oireachtas Transport Committee today.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, Mr Glennon, a member of the committee, said those responsible for the memo had no place within the State airline.
"I'll be asking for an assurance that the people involved in the concoction of this plan are no longer in the employment of Aer Lingus," he said.
"I'll also be asking for an assurance that no board member at any time was in any way aware of the plan."
