Moynalty in Co Meath has been named as Ireland's tidiest town.

The village topped the nationwide Tidy Towns contest ahead of 831 other towns and villages.

Killarney in Co Kerry was named as Ireland's tidiest large town, while Kenmare in Co Kerry was named the smallest town.

Ennis in Co Clare was named Ireland's tidiest large urban centre for the second year in succession.
