Swedish House Mafia will release a farewell track tonight.
The 'Don't You Worry Child' hitmakers - consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso - disbanded in March after playing at the Ultra House Festival in Miami, but now they are set to go out in style with a revamped version of their very first single, 'Leave the World Behind'.
The new track will feature vocals from up-and-coming artist Lune, while the bandmates briefly came together again for a music video, which will feature them saying goodbye to one another and going their own separate ways in cars from luxury auto brand, Volvo.
The car company has been teasing the release of the song on its YouTube account this week by posting short clips from the accompanying video.
Swedish House Mafia first formed in 2008 and have had a string of hits including 'Save the World' and 'Miami 2 Ibiza' featuring rapper Tinie Tempah.
The group announced their split on their official website, writing: "We want to thank every single one of you that came with us on this journey. We came, we raved, we loved."
'Leave the World Behind' will premiere on Swedish TV tonight at 19:30 and on the band's official YouTube page thereafter.
