High emotion as victim's body removed from shooting scene

There have been highly charged emotional scenes in Dublin as an overnight shooting victim's body was removed from the scene of the incident.

A woman overcome with emotion was held back by relatives as the corpse left Windsor Ville Apartments on the Charlemont Road.

There was wailing and shouting as the body was removed.

It is believed the victim was shot with a shotgun and also a handgun.

Five people - four men and a woman - remain in custody in various garda stations in north Dublin, their ages ranging from 19 to early 50s.
