The ISEQ index of Irish shares was down 31.87 points to 9526.02 this morning.
There was little movement in prices. Ryanair was down €0.04 to €6.00 on a morning that the company flew a planeload of journalists to Germany today as part of its campaign against the way the second terminal for Dublin Airport is being built.
The airline wanted the second terminal to be built privately and in competition with the existing facility, claiming the move would reduce landing charges.
The financial institutions all fell slightly. AIB was down €0.05 to €21.63 while Anglo Irish dropped €0.02 to €16.01. IL&P dipped €0.09 to €21.02 and Bank of Ireland was down €0.09 to €16.09.
