USI accuses Education Minister of deceit
The Union of Students in Ireland has accused the Government of "abhorrent and deceitful" behaviour over the review of third-level funding.
The union claims the review, which the Minister for Education Noel Dempsey says is almost complete, was actually finished two years ago.
Former minister Michael Woods is accused of withholding the original from publication ahead of last year's general election.
