Bohs blew a chance to put the pressure on leaders Shels as in-form rivals Rovers earned a deserved point in a tight game at Tolka Park.

While Rovers had a Trevor Molloy goal disallowed on 58 minutes, it was Bohs who created perhaps the better chances.

Glen Crowe should have put the champions ahead on 12 minutes but Tony O'Dowd saved his shot.

Dave Morrison then skied a shot over the top two minutes from time after great work from Fergal Harkin and Bobby Ryan as the game finsihed in stalemate.
