Liam Lawlor's telephone records for the last six years are to be investigated by the Flood Tribunal.

The Dublin West TD has been given 21 days to hand all the records over to the investigation launched as part of the Planning and Payments Tribunal.

Deputy Lawlor's legal team have agreed to the order, and to allow the Tribunal to hold on to three mobile phones seized while the TD was in prison earlier this week.

Earlier today, the Flood Tribunal was told of more unexplained money in the Century Radio accounts.

However, former Century director James Stafford today denied that there was any such payment.
