Dog Breeding Bill passes second Dáil stage
The contentious Dog Breeding Bill has passed a crucial stage in the Dáil with a comfortable majority.
Labour voted with the Government meaning it passed the second stage by 94 votes to 50.
Fianna Fáil TD for Tipperary South Mattie McGrath was absent for the vote despite threatening to oppose it.
