Protesters from the US city of Detroit are expected to join a demonstration in Dublin next month against water charges.
The Right2Water campaign has said it expects an historic turn-out for its rally at the Dáil on December 10, despite the package of measures announced by Environment Minister Alan Kelly which was intended to alleviate concerns.

Financial secretary of the Civil Public and Services Union (CPSU) Des Fagan - who is a spokesperson for the Right2Water campaign - says protesters from there will be in Dublin next month to show their support for the Irish cause:
