Court charges man with hijacking car which had boy inside

A 32-year-old man has appeared in court charged with hijacking a car that was carrying a two-year-old boy yesterday in Limerick.

A 32-year-old man has appeared in court charged with hijacking a car that was carrying a two-year-old boy yesterday in Limerick.

Noel Price, from Kileely Road, Kileely, Limerick, was charged with hijacking the car yesterday morning at a Centra shop on the Old Cratloe Road.

Mr Price who appeared in court with a black eye, said noting when charged by Gardaí.

He was remanded in custody to appear in court again next Wednesday, January 26.
