Galway Races Set For Exciting Action On Day Two

Day two of the Galway Races will get underway at 4.45pm with eight races on today's card.

The festival is being held behind closed doors this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The feature race this evening is the Colm Quinn BMW Mile Handicap at 6.45pm in which Jessica Harrington's Tauran Shaman is the bookies favourite.

Aidan O'Brien will also be hoping for a look-in at the €120,000 prize with San Pedro.

The Colm Quinn Maiden is the first race of the day, with Angel Palm tipped 3/1 to come home in front.
