Galway United entertain Waterford United in tonight's eircom League of Ireland Premier Division clash at Terryland Park, kick-off 7.45pm.

New signings Greg O'Halloran and John Fitzgerald are set to start for the home side and Stephen O'Flynn and John Russell may also start.

Waterford boss Gareth Cronin has a few selection headaches as he has a full squad available to him for only the third time this season.

Robbie Hedderman, Pat Flynn, Kenny Browne, Shane Harte and Alan Mulcahy all return to the squad after missing last week’s game through suspension with Mulcahy and Harte also recovered from injury.

Cronin will also have new signing David Mulcahy in the squad and he is likely to start.

"Last week was always going to be a difficult one as we were without so many players," said Cronin.

"We had players like Ray Scully and Paul McCarthy playing in very unfamiliar positions (right & left back respectively). With a full squad, I have the rare problem of a selection issue which is very welcome indeed.

"This is probably the most important game of the season for us. Galway got a decent point against Derry and Tony (Cousins) has also strengthened his squad so it has the makings of a fascinating game. We have to get something from the match to keep ourselves in contention to escape the drop so I expect it to be an intense encounter."
