Connacht make three changes

The Connacht team to play Bridgend at the Brewery Field on Saturday (2.30 pm) in the Celtic League shows three changes from that which made it four wins from four in the 18-12 win at home to Newport at the weekend.

Mark McHugh returns from international duty and takes over at full-back from James Norton in an otherwise unchanged backline.

Former Australian international Warwick Waugh is ruled out with a bruised shoulder and his place will be taken by Damian Browne, who makes a timely return from injury for his first start of the campaign.

In the backrow, Eric Peters has been drafted in at No 8, with John O'Sullivan switching to openside flanker and Colm Rigney moving to blindside, with Michael Swift included among the replacements.

Flanker Johnny O'Connor, who came on against Newport, is ruled out with an ankle injury, while also not considered because of injury were Gavin Duffy and Dermot O'Sullivan.
