Meath road victim still not named

The man killed following a road accident in Co Meath yesterday evening has still not been named.

The man killed following a road accident in Co Meath yesterday evening has still not been named.

The crash occurred about a mile from Drumconrath near Kells on the Navan Road.

Gardai have said the man died after being struck by a car, which then went out of control and struck a ditch at around 5pm.

The man’s name will not be released until all relatives have been informed.
