Experienched trio Stelios Giannakopoulos, Ivan Campo and Fernando Hierro may have to settle for places on the bench for the second successive week.

Allardyce said: “We have a clean bill of health. Everybody is okay.”

Bolton have slipped to seventh in the table and are looking for their first win in four games.
