Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx thinks he’s come up with the perfect solution for US president-elect Barack Obama and his family’s quest for a puppy when they move to the White House.
“A pitbull,” the entertainer said.
“(I’m) trying to pick out Barack Obama’s Christmas puppy right now, so we’re working hard on that,” he joked.
“I think I’m going to get him a pitbull, we just got to keep it street.”
Foxx admits he is still savouring Mr Obama’s win in last month’s election.
“I’m just celebrating Barack Obama, celebrating the new president,” he said.
During his victory speech in Chicago, Mr Obama promised daughters Sasha and Malia he would buy them a puppy.
