An own goal by Sean Finn three minutes from time earned Harps a point to leaves things as they were at the foot of the table after this basement battle at the RSC.
Blues hit the front in a tight game a minute before half-time.
Left-back Sean Finn was the architect with a terrific diagonal ball over the top for the run of Rodney Jack and the striker lobbed a hesitant Gavin Cullen from the edge of the area.
Anthony Gorman’s deflected shot had Harps level on 52 minutes.
Defender Kevin Doherty regained the lead for Blues when forcing home on 63 minutes after Harps failed to clear Finn’s Corner.
But Finn slid onto a Kevin McHugh cross on 87 minutes to turn the ball into his own net and give Harps a deserved point.
