Gardaí name victims of Kildare and Meath road accidents

Gardaí have named the man and woman who died in separate road accidents in Co Kildare and Co Meath yesterday.

Patrick Harrington, 39, from Kilmeague in Naas, died when the car he was driving collided with a wall and overturned near Newbridge at around 1pm.

Three boys aged five, 10 and 12 were also injured in the crash.

Meanwhile, the woman who died in Co Meath has been named as 56-year-old Teresa Corcoran, from Balrath. Ms Corcoran died when the car she was driving collided with a lorry near Kells at around 12.20pm.
