Aer Lingus flights cancelled as blizzard hits US

A number of transatlantic flights have been cancelled this morning due to extreme weather conditions forecast for the east coast of the US.

A number of transatlantic flights have been cancelled this morning due to extreme weather conditions forecast for the east coast of the US.

Flights EI 105 Dublin-New York JFK, EI 111 Shannon-New York JFK and EI 133 Dublin/Shannon-Boston are all cancelled.

The EI 125 service to Chicago is expected to operate normally, while a decision on the EI 119 flight to Baltimore/Washington will be made later today.
