Two brothers are due to appear in court again today in connection with the death of teenager Toyosi Shittabey in Dublin on Good Friday.

Paul Barry (aged 38), from Pearse Street has been charged with manslaughter and Michael Barry (aged 23), from Pigeon House Road, Ringsend, has been charged with possession of a hockey stick.

The two men were brought before a special sitting of Dublin District Court at the weekend in connection to the fatal stabbing of the 15-year-old at Mount Eustace Crescent and are due to appear in court again at Cloverhill today

The younger man was remanded in custody with consent to bail.

Last night a candlelit vigil was held for the young Nigerian native following an afternoon rally attended by around 300 friends and locals from Tyrrelstown.
