O'Sullivan names Ireland squad

There were no real surprises in Eddie O'Sullivan's 22 man Ireland squad to face Romania at Thomond Park on Saturday week.

There were no real surprises in Eddie O'Sullivan's 22 man Ireland squad to face Romania at Thomond Park on Saturday week.

The absence through injury of Geordan Murphy, Shane Horgan, Paul O'Connell, Anthony Horgan and David Wallace meant that the squad picked itself.

The Ireland team will be announced at noon next Tuesday, September 5 following a squad session.
